MakeUp Terms and Conditions

Generalities

These terms and conditions apply to makeup services provided by Monka Hair and Beauty Lounge. Upon booking a makeup application with us, the client agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.

Booking

Booking a makeup application can be made by phone or on our website via our online booking tool. In the second option, appointment will be confirmed by email.

Wedding makeup bookings

All wedding makeup bookings require a 20% deposit to secure your reservation, and require a minimum of 2 weeks notice to cancel your booking, otherwise your deposit will be charged as a cancelation fee with no possibility of refund.

Appointments

All makeup appointments and bridal trials require a minimum of 48 hours to cancel or reschedule your booking, otherwise your deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Payment

We accept payments by
Cash
Paypal (in case of online booking)
Gift vouchers

Cancelled bookings

If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us in accordance with the details listed in the services above. At that time, we will reschedule your booking or refund your full deposit.

Personal Information

Monka Hair & Beauty Lounge requires information on whether the client has allergies or any other skin problems. For obvisous safety reasons, a questionnaire will be provided to each client prior to taking any appointments and clients are invited to answer in details. In no event shall Monka Hair & Beauty Lounge have any liability for incidental or consequential damages, however characterised, for example eczema, sensitive skin and eyes.

Photographs

Monka Hair & Beauty Lounge reserves the right to take photographic or film records of any of our sessions, and may use any such photographs for promotional and/or commercial purposes – only with your written consent – on our website, social media and any other marketing outlet.
